翻譯資格考試介紹

全國翻譯專業資格(水平)考試，是由國家人事部和中國外文局聯合舉辦的國家級職業資格考試。於8月份開始報名,10月份開考。此項考試是為適應社會主義市場經濟發展的需要，更好地為我國對外和國際交流與合作服務設立的，意在建設高素質的外語翻譯專業人員隊伍，培養高水平的翻譯專業人才，也是翻譯標準社會化的集中體現。

全國翻譯專業資格(水平)考試是在翻譯專業實行的面向社會的、國內最具權威的翻譯專業資格(水平)認證。考試合格，頒發《中華人民共和國翻譯專業資格(水平)證書》，在全國範圍內有效。翻譯專業資格(水平)考試納入國家職業資格證書制度，統一規劃。翻譯專業資格(水平)證書將取代傳統的翻譯專業技術職務評審。

翻譯考試內容

考試分筆譯和口譯兩種，與國際慣例接軌。目前先進行三級和二級的考試，因為這一水平的人才社會需求量大，人員也最多。考試的第一部分是基礎知識，包括基本詞彙量、語法、兩種語言轉換的知識;第二部分考翻譯能力，筆譯和口譯各有側重。

各級別口譯考試均設《口譯綜合能力》和《口譯實務》2個科目，其中二級口譯考試《口譯實務》科目分設"交替傳譯"和"同聲傳譯"2個專業類別。報名參加二級口譯考試的人員，可根據本人情況，選擇《口譯實務》科目相應類別的考試。各級別筆譯考試均設《筆譯綜合能力》和《筆譯實務》2個科目。各級別《口譯綜合能力》科目考試採用聽譯筆答方式進行;二級《口譯實務》科目"交替傳譯"和"同聲傳譯"以及三級《口譯實務》科目的考試均採用現場錄音方式進行。

各級別《筆譯綜合能力》和《筆譯實務》科目考試均採用紙筆作答方式進行。各級別口譯、筆譯考試均分2個半天進行。各級別《口譯綜合能力》科目、二級《口譯實務》科目"交替傳譯"和"同聲傳譯"考試時間均為60分鐘。三級《口譯實務》科目考試時間為30分鐘。各級別《筆譯綜合能力》科目考試時間均為120分鐘，《筆譯實務》科目考試時間均為180分鐘。

全國翻譯專業資格考試的負責組織

根據國家人事部《翻譯專業資格(水平)考試暫行規定》人發[2003]21號的精神，翻譯專業資格(水平)考試在國家人事部指導下,由中國外文出版發行事業局(以下簡稱“中國外文局”)組織實施與管理。中國外文局組織成立全國翻譯專業資格(水平)考試專家委員會。

中國外文局翻譯專業資格考評中心負責翻譯考試的日常管理工作，考試命題、考試閲卷、考試評分標準制定工作，並承擔全國資深翻譯(正高職)和一級翻譯(副高職)考核、考試和評審工作。

全國翻譯專業資格考試考務工作，分別由國家人事部考試中心和國家外國專家局具體承擔。即：國家人事部考試中心負責翻譯筆譯考試考務工作，國家外國專家局負責翻譯口譯考試考務工作。

全國日語翻譯資格考試的實現目標

首先，通過目前國內統一的、最具權威的翻譯專業資格(水平)考試，可以對社會上從事翻譯工作的人員的翻譯能力和水平作出比較科學、客觀、公正的評價。

其次，翻譯專業資格(水平)考試，是在充分考慮到與翻譯系列專業技術職務相銜接基礎上，對全國翻譯系列職稱評審進行的一項積極的、富有改革意義的重大舉措。考試在全國範圍實行後，不再進行相應翻譯職務任職資格的評審工作，各地區、各部門為評定相應翻譯專業技術職務任職資格而進行的考試也一律停止。通過翻譯專業資格(水平)考試，取得翻譯專業資格(水平)證書的人員，用人單位可根據需要，按照《翻譯專業職務試行條例》任職條件要求聘任相應的專業技術職務。此外，通過考試，可以達到規範和促進國內翻譯市場發展的作用。
