1、接受 只有自己接受现实，才能开始新的恋情，可以从这里作为切入点规劝;

5、拔掉报复、绝望的萌芽 对于外向的人，他们常以自我中心、自负、有时还有天真，爱慕虚荣的面目展示于世人，他们失恋后，易产生暴怒、愤怒的情绪，更有甚者会由愤怒转为绝望，继而产生报复、乃至杀人的动机。同寝室的人要严加防范，转移现场避免到触景生情的地方，不让那个恋爱的对象出现在他的视野里，多听柔和的音乐，易浇灭他心中的愤怒之火。

还要郑重地告诫他：失恋是考验人的品质的重要时刻。要做到:失恋不失人、不失态，更不能失德。他人会在此时，静观他的举动。

6、调动内心的理智力量 在经过上述阶段后，让他们明白：“东方不亮西方亮，黑了南方有北方”的道理。既然她跟我们无缘，就说明她不是我的菜。调动自己内心极大的理智力量 ，去直面和应付这个应激事件的发生。要表现出：信心、勇气与智慧，总结教训和经验，以利于今后的恋爱，不要一味地纠缠对方，或丧失自尊地祈求对方的和解，要知道：上赶着，不是买卖，这句话。给双方一个思考的时间，来重新评估这段恋情，和继续与否。时间是抚平伤口的最好良药。

7、反思与感谢 要感谢对方给自己提供了一个反思的机会，让自己静下心来，检查自己在恋爱中的是是非非，查缺补漏。把自己的优点和缺点列在一张纸上，把甩掉自己的那一方，当成陪练和镜子，来投射出自己的不足。

一定要下大决心改正自己的缺点，轻装开始下一次的恋爱，这样一想，也可能就会峰回路转。如散了，更要感恩于对方，给自己提供时间审视自己。这样会减轻许多痛苦，不会在那里经里反反复复地回忆过去的如何如何，陷入痛苦的深渊，拔不出来，在那儿折磨自己，有能耐折磨他人去。
