大家好，我今天要演讲的题目是，未成年的保护。

未成年人是祖国的未来和希望，为他们的健康成长创造一个良好的外部环境，不仅关系到每一个孩子、每一个家庭、每一所学校，而且关系到整个民族的明天。教育最重要的任务是培养具有全面文明素养的人。让孩子学会做人、学会做事、学会求知，让孩子懂得尊重和善待生命，懂得遵守规则和秩序，懂得对自己行为的后果负责，这是家庭、学校、社会义不容辞的责任。

第一、保障未成年人的合法权益。国家、社会和家庭依法保护未成年人的权益，防止侵害未成年人合法权益行为的发性，救济、回复已经被侵害的未成年人权益。

第二、尊重未成年人的人格尊严。谈起这点，我不得不说，我们也是未成年，要希望别人来尊重你，首先要自己做好本分，人格与素养是慢慢的培养的，在人生的道路上，这些都将成为我们脚下的铺垫。绝对不能扭曲自己的心灵，要保持良好的心态，便已足够。 第三、适应未成年人身心发展的特点。有些孩子因为从小的不良习惯，导致在成长过程中慢慢堕落，造成终生的后悔，比如自身的保护能力不强，被那些不法分子所欺骗，而毁了自己的一身，或者从很小的事情，打架，喝酒，抽烟，都将掩盖住心灵光明的一面。 最重要的一点，便是教育与保护相结合的原则，简称教育原则。教育和保护是相辅相成的，因为，保护未成年人的身心健康和合法权益，是为了更好地教育他们;而加强对未成年人的教育，提高他们的思想认识，培养其高尚的道德情操，增强其辨别是非的能力，又能促使他们加强自我保护，勇敢地同侵犯自己合法权益的行为做斗争，达到保护的目的。

我们在校的学生是未成年人，就应该学习司法，法律，来了解这个广大的社会，才能很好的适应未来的道路!我的演讲就讲到这里，谢谢!

在科技飞跃进展的当今社会，车流量相当的多。可能只是一时疏忽，就将酿成大祸。记得四年级的时候，我们班的肖蕾就在十字路口上被一辆飞驰而过的面包车撞上。当时，我虽然没能目睹。但通过同学们的描述，这事有多可怕，她和几个同学一起走来上学的途中，肖蕾冲在最前头，在红灯的时候冲向人行道后来，这时就发生了那惨烈的一幕。肖蕾因为车祸将近半年没来上学。不幸中的万幸是肖蕾只是骨折。但她也因此耽误了学业。肖蕾的是告诉我们一定不能闯红灯！ 同样是闯红灯，这位同学就没那么幸运了。放学时，一位孩子，和另外一个伙伴打闹中不慎闯了红灯，其中一位被开来的大货车撞倒在地，司机没有发现，从那个小孩的身上活生生地压过去。导致儿童当场毙命。 一幕幕悲惨的事件发生，一碗的数据触目惊心。我不由感叹：交通事故是那么可怕,一刹那间,就夺走了人的生命.现在路上的车辆越来越多,马路越来越拥挤,同时交通事故也越来越多,每年,有多少的生命被夺走,有多少个家庭被破坏,有多少人要失去亲人了.如果我们每个人心中都有交通规则,每个人都能自觉遵守交通规则......

那是一个极其精美的箭囊，厚牛皮打制，镶着幽幽泛光的铜边儿，再看露出的箭尾。一眼便能认定用上等的孔雀羽毛制作。儿子喜上眉梢，贪婪地推想箭杆、箭头的模样，耳旁仿佛嗖嗖地箭声掠过，敌方的主帅应声折马而毙. 果然，配带宝箭的儿子英勇非凡，所向披靡。当鸣金收兵的号角吹响时，儿子再也禁不住得胜的豪气，完全背弃了父亲的叮嘱，强烈的欲望驱赶着他呼一声就拔出宝箭，试图看个究竟。骤然间他惊呆了。 一只断箭，箭囊里装着一只折断的箭。 我一直刳着只断箭打仗呢！儿子吓出了一身冷汗，仿佛顷刻间失去支柱的房子，轰然意志坍塌了。

结果不言自明，儿子惨死于乱军之中。 拂开蒙蒙的硝烟，父亲拣起那柄断箭，沉重地啐一口道："不相信自己的意志，永远也做不成将军。" 把胜败寄托在一只宝箭上，多么愚蠢，而当一个人把生命的核心与把柄交给别人，又多么危险！比如把希望寄托在儿女身上；把幸福寄托在丈夫身上；把生活保障寄托在单位身上......

温馨提示：自己才是一只箭，若要它坚韧，若要它锋利，若要它百步穿杨，百发百中，磨砺它，拯救它的都只能是自己。

我姓马，名晴。父母希望我活泼开朗，一路阳光，乐观向上，给我起名为晴。也许是这个缘故吧，我真的是这样一个人，一天到晚都是嘻嘻哈哈，叽叽呱呱地说话，快快乐乐的，好像永远没有烦恼。

我敢说，我带给周围同学的是快乐。活泼的我让人觉得我很有趣。但我也承认，我的话曾经伤害过同学。也许是我太快人快语，想到什么就说什么。有时是对同桌的一句批评，对干部的一条意见；有时是对同学不经意的嘲笑。前者是善意的，但应以委婉的方式，后者则应尽量避免。

我也算是乐于助人吧。有一次同学打电话问题目，我便滔滔不绝地讲起来，可她怎么也听不懂，她说，我还是先看看书吧。真是急得我直跺脚。于是我又重新讲起来，虽然我已经不耐烦，可我是个完美主义者，我讲不清心里就不舒服，还是继续讲，终于，那位同学听懂了。我舒了口气。

我就是这样一个人，热情奔放，乐观向上。我不希望大家都像我这样热情，但我希望大家能和我一样乐观地学习和生活。谢谢大家！

也许有同学以为课外书不重要，跟学习一点关系都没有。是的，这些书看似跟我们现在的学习是没有多大的关系，可是当我们完成学业，进入社会时，没有阅读课外书习惯的人，也许会觉得精神空虚，工作之余，除了上网、看电视外，会无所事事，而有阅读习惯的人，会在阅读中得到快乐和充实，正如我们语文课本第一课《为你打开一扇门》中所说的：“亲近文学，阅读优秀的文学作品，是一个文明人增长知识，提高修养，丰富感情的极为重要的途径。”
