1.在高级SSAT中达到9000词水平，在低级SSAT中达到7000词水平.

考试是美国、加拿大等国私立中学的敲门砖。SAT和ISEE是美国一些独立的非盈利机构主办的两种全国性的'私立中学入学考试，由美国、加拿大等国私立学校自行选用。SSAT为Secondary School Admission Test的首字母缩写，即为美国中学入学考试。ISEE是Independent School Entrance Exam的首字母缩写，即为独立学校入学考试。两种考试虽然主要都是为了中学入学，但是，目前也在私立学校5、6年级的入学审核中广泛使用。

(1)同义题：

同义题目给出一个选项要求在五个选项中选择和题干关系最近的选项，先抛开同义题目做题技巧来看掌握大量词汇量是王道。

(2)类比题目：

l is to flower

ion is to book

e is to pie

er is to band

类比题目考察选项当中两个单词的逻辑关系要和主干一致，比如主干是手和手指的关系那么选项中选择脚和脚趾而不能选择花和花瓣，因为要选择和主干关系更对应的选项。可以看出类比题目中词的数量要比同义题目的词多出一倍。

那么通过初步识别SSAT两种题型我们现在明白了，无论哪种题型都需要我们掌握大量的词汇量，即SSAT词汇量要求是12000个单词。但是大家务必注意会发现SSAT词汇量虽大但是只考察了学员对单词的识别能力，没有要求掌握单词的发音和拼写。所以SSAT单词的背诵一定要有别于以往单词背诵方法，尤其是要短期内突破大量词汇量的同学。
