(四)卫生部办公厅、教育部办公厅、国家中医药管理局办公室发布关于对成人高校医学门类专业考生报名资格审查工作的补充通知。按照《教育部卫生部关于举办高等医学教育的若干意见》的有关要求，该通知对成人高校医学门类专业招生的考生报名资格审核工作提出以下意见：一、考生报考成人高校医学门类专业除符合《教育部关于做好全国成人高校招生工作的通知》附件中规定的报名条件外，还须符合下列要求：

1、报考临床医学、口腔医学、预防医学、中医学专业的人员必须已取得省级卫生行政部门颁发的相应类别的'执业助理医师及以上资格证书，或者县级及以上卫生行政部门颁发的乡村医生执业证书并有中专学历或中专水平证书。

2、报考护理学专业的人员原则上须取得省级卫生行政部门颁发的护士执业资格证书。

1、考生在网报后，前往区县招办确认，须按本人在网上选取的报名确认点和日期办理报名资格审查、摄像手续，签署《考生诚信考试承诺书》等。
